Working closely with clients, Lunchtime UK provides exceptional meals in schools and colleges. We can also provide cash free systems, offer advice on kitchen layout and equipment, provide special events catering and we can integrate our skills with the school curriculum when required.

Justin Fairhall: Managing Director, started the company in 1997 with a firm commitment to provide fantastic food in schools. Justin is a published author, cyclist, swimmer and an avid reader of modern fiction.
Barbara Pasternak: Office Manager, is experienced in all aspects of employment law including TUPE, pensions and payroll. She also prepares monthly catering management accounts for all schools. Barbara loves dogs, travelling, running and cooking and baking.
Peter McAleese: Operations Director, is an award winning Master Chef with thirty years’ experience of feeding large numbers of people high quality food. Peter is an Iron Man triathlete, a football fan and loves walking holidays in the Yorkshire Dales.
